Apple tree pruning

Pickering Road Community Orchard prune their apples trees in January and February. They will be hosting an apple tree pruning skill share at the beginning of January. The session will be led by professional gardener Yvette Grindley and take place on Thursday 5th January 2017 from 9:30am – 2pm. Hot drinks will be available.

Millennium Orchard, Beverley Parks will be running pruning sessions beginning on Sunday 15th January 2017, starting at 10am. Bring tools such secateurs, pruning saws and loppers if you have them.
