The 2016 Hull Harvest Feastival is fast approaching and we now have a venue: Princes Dock Street (opposite Princes Quay)!
The line up is being finalised, and we are pleased to announce that once again the Tenfoot Ukes will be playing! There’ll be all manner of local food and home-grown produce related competitions and activities: Best jam / chutney / cake competitions, strangest shaped vegetable. Also apple pressing with the team from Pickering Road Community Orchard (bring your own apples and a sterilised bottle), face painting, seed sowing in your used paper bowls and much more besides. We’ve also heard that someone in Hull has grown an enormous marrow whose weight can be guessed to win a prize!
